At Wild Superfoods, we stand behind the potency and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
